What we do
Today, based on our long experience, we are able to support our customers in different sectors of mass production of plastic and aluminum articles through the following services:
- Design and construction of moulds with complex movements, unscrewing systems, warm chambers, multi-component moulds, rotary moulds, mould for BMC/SMC, moulds for blow moulding technology
- FEM analysis and cavity filling simulation
- Moulds testing
- Dimensional reports by contact or by optical scanning
- Optical scanning of the steel printing surfaces for dimensional conformity check
- Surface polishing
- Management of chemical and laser graining / texturing
- Pre-series and productions if required in both plastic and aluminum
- Post production mechanical processing
